At Alli Weight Loss, your satisfaction is our priority. All our products are 100% authentic, high-quality, and carefully packaged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Return & Refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The seal and packaging are intact.

  • All accessories, free gifts, and labels are included.

  • The product is in the same condition as it was delivered.

Important: Opened or used Alli capsules cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

2. Return Processing Time

  • Approved returns are usually processed within 2–5 business days after receiving the product at our facility.

  • Customers may be asked to provide unboxing photos or videos for verification.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item passes our quality inspection:

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Bank / Card / Wallet).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Products that do not meet return conditions may be sent back without a refund.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and authenticity reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or promotional sale items
